Clean and dining room area well kept up. Friendly register person. Ordrr was promptly created and delivered to me at the counter. Went and ate at the tables very clean and food was hot and freshly made. My favorite is the chicken quesidilla and nachos with cheese. The cruchwraps are pretty good too.

One of the better fast food restaurants to grab a bite at a good price.

Baja blast and Dorito tacos… Enough said! The bathrooms feel gross though. I think they should update their décor, very outdated and tacky!

This place is SLOOOOOW. Everytime I come here they are understaffed and I feel bad for the overworked employees. At least a 20 minute wait for food the last three visits.

its taco bell, you all know the deal… «mexican» food at a cheap price made fast and enjoyed with some baja blast. On this fine day, upon receiving my order i asked for a spork to eat my fiesta potatoes and the unfriendly girl told me she would look in the back… upon looking in the back it was discovered that they did not have any sporks in stock and she had no options for me. She glanced at the knives like she was thinking… Hey — use the knives as chop sticks… Not happening. Half of the fun in going to Taco Bell is getting a spork to clean up the mess after your crunchy taco falls apart. I returned to my table, albeit sporkless, and ate my food items that didnt require a utensil. Finally, it was decided that we would all share a spork. after washing it in the restroom., we each took our turns with it. Glorious moment as I got to eat my delicious fiesta potatoes. This is when things take a turn for the worse… It is now noticed that the wonderful Taco Bell employees are not proactively advising the customers that they dont have utensils and are just sending them packing without even a hint of letting them know they are going to have to eat their smothered burrito with either two knives or their bare hands. We offered to let the gentleman wash our, already three person used, plastic spork… in which he accepted. Hey — Desperate times call for desperate measures. Wouldnt you think that in this situation the store management would respond with a «Hey, I can see walmart… I am sure they have plastic cutlery…» The worst was there was no reaction at all. Being proactive is always the best course taken… If you fail at that, please be reactive. Dont just stand there and be inept offering up half hearted oh, im sorry. I really hope they can get their inventory under control as this whole ordeal is a tell tale sign of bad management. Get it under control. Taco bell is a large organization with cookie cutter instructions of how to be successful.

I spent a year outside of the US and the one thing I was feening was some Taco Bell with Mountain Dew… yum. The food here is typical taco bell although the people here speak English as opposed to San Diego. Back in SD i’d get a lot of variations and mistakes with my orders, but usually they get it right here. My friends and I usually sit in front of the drive thru window and stare at the people in their cars. I usually go in but last time it was depressing to see some of the people eating there since it looked like life was treating them rough. Location isn’t always that convenient… when’s another gonna open… jeez!

The only Taco Bell in the Berkshires(besides the Express in the Berkshire Mall, but that one’s not open often, and Taco Bell Express doesn’t count anyway), this drive-through is a great pre-studying option if you’re a college student with a car and a hankering for mass quantities of low-quality ground meat.
