Best donuts you’ll find around here! Everything is amazing. Their staff is really friendly and their donuts always taste fresh. They have a great texture, they’re light and fluffy and full of flavor. It’s hard to have just one!

Comparable to a Dunkin Donuts. Donuts are similar to DD, though a bit more sugary, but definitely bigger and filled well. The lemon is filled with good quality lemon filling. Choc crème and can crème are sweeter than DD, but still yummy — just not a fav among people who don’t like the super sweet icing that comes on a birthday cake. The cider donuts are yummy. Coffee was very good.

Omg these donuts are amazing. Sugar raised: nailed a classic. Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting? Literally the best cake donut I’ve ever had.

Customer service was great! We had the Egg, sausage and cheese croissant sandwich and it was perfect. We also had the chocolate glazed donuts. Going back tomorrow for more!

I don’t think I’ve seen a place that mixes nature and a damn good donut like this. What a great spot for a donut shoppe. The apple filled and velvet cake are some of the many highlights here. This place is on par with the Donut Dip in West Springfield for quality… but the view of Pontoosuc Lake from the back side of the building is about the best spot for chomping on the fat bombs that I’ve ever seen. If you cant finish the donut, there are many gulls that will be happy to oblige. Most New Englanders know that there are plenty of other options besides the Marty McGillicuddy mediocrity of Dunkin. For the Albany inbreds who dont know any better… try leaving your comfort zone and take the 40 mile ride… you can even get some culture @ the Clark.

Excellent donuts. The gazebo behind the shop has a gorgeous view of the lake, and the apple spice donut is highly recommended.

My family stopped here on our way to Mount Greylock. It’s a tiny donut shop situated on a beautiful lake. The coffee was great, the donuts were much better than you would find at Dunkin Donuts. They had a nice variety. The glazed and cherry donuts were really good.

I’ve never actually dined in(but the location is beautiful, right on a lake) The donuts are REAL! Each flavor tastes distinct, and fresh. Coffee is fine, better than I expected. Extremely grateful to have an alternative to Dunkin Donuts

I moved to a state with no Dunkin’ Donuts a long time ago. I called it a donut wasteland. I frequented the few donut shops that did exist, and even gave them some advice which I expect they did not appreciate. One of the aspects I was looking forward to in relocating to Massachusetts was access to so many awesome donuts at DD. But I was totally disappointed. The donuts of my memory were no longer at DD, replaced with something odd that I’ll attribute to what I have come to learn is a bake over here, sell over there a bit later, strategy. I was destitute over donuts. But then, at dear wife’s suggestion, I tried The Donut Man. Destitution deletion. The Donut Man is similar to how I remember DD to be. Perhaps maybe even a little better. The donuts seem to be made on sight, and are probably 20% larger than DD. The fried/cake ratio is spot on. The glazes are good, there is a good selection, and the workers offer great service. The building itself is updated and well maintained. There’s also a killer lake view, which is odd for a donut shop, but appreciated.

Great donut selection, much better tasting and larger than Dunkin Donuts. Nice outside eating area lakeside. Breakfast sandwiches. Good value for your dollar. Usually very clean and pleasant staff. Drive up window.

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru in all of New England. Bought a less then inspring cup of coffee while running through town. I’m glad to even have a drive through in this area, hence the three stars!

A Dunkin Donuts w/o the brand. Good donuts and coffee.
