As a former employee of Inspire! Crayon Campus, I’ve had the experience of working for the previous owner as well as the current — Mr. D’Agostino. As with any organization, a new leader will bring about change. Mr. D’Agostino had a clear vision of what he wanted to put in place to make Crayon Campus into Inspire! Crayon Campus. It wasn’t long before teachers, parents, and children began to see the differences between the two and as expected with any transition, it was a bumpy one. Some specific changes I noticed while I was employed under the new leadership: new murals with animal-friendly themes, initiatives to support our local farms, an updated curriculum to better prepare children for the transition between pre-K and Kindergarten, and fostering a green thumb in the children with the addition of a garden which Mr. D’Agostino personally built. It is normal for people to be resistant to change but, like in this case, change is not necessary bad. I recommend this establishment and suggest people give it a try. I enjoyed my time here.
