We’ve used Rome Celli to sell our city house and to buy a suburb house (our current home). Most recently he provided a benchmark analysis of our home. The thoroughness of the document is amazing and we now know more about the current market and have ideas on what we might get if we were to sell and what we could do to improve our home that would help it sell.
Rome doesn’t disappear after a sale. He brings his clients together regularly for events such as movies, ice skating and networking. If you like a consultative selling approach from your realtor, consider Rome as one of the realtors you interview! Many of our friends have used him too. We plan on using him again!
