I miss the 99 cents store in Torrance on a 190th street and Anza. But this location is pretty great. It’s fairly clean and organized and they have a good selection or products. I’ve scored some really awesome stuff here. For example, I got a «Sara Lee’s oven mitts» for a buck. She used to be the Semi-homemade lady from Food Network. The mitts are thick and soft and had silicone tripes. It’s really nice. Their staff are very nice and friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

99 cent are a dime a dozen.(or 99 cents a dozen?) Anyway, this is a particularly clean and well laid out 99 cent store which is why it’s my favorite. Know that not EVERYTHING is 99 cents. I found some items for 79 cents! They do have a few items that cost more though, mainly from a convenience side though to help make it a one stop shop. So looking for a fun place to pick up things for a buck! This is the place!

You can find almost anything here! It’s never too crowded and the aisles are always clean and well kept. This is one of the 99 cent stores I enjoy going to.

The 99 cents only store is one of my most favorite places to shop and also you can find alot of good deals here to like cell phone covers screen protector for my galaxy S 3. Small hand tools for work and the also door stops and Safety vest and gloves. Also the 99 cent stores are being redesigned with a new look on the inside with more products in the isle ways the stores really feel like they have more to choose from.

This location is great! Very clean and organized, and they have a decent grocery section! My hubby and I like to wander around here sometimes just to see what they have. They sell six packs of bottled water for 69 cents! The fresh food sometimes costs more than 99 cents though(like the milk, fruit, etc). Still good prices though. I get coupons in the mail that are buy three, get one item free! Even more of a steal! It’s the perfect place to go for school supplies, cleaning supplies, birthday decorations, you name it! I got some wonderful highlighters there that are just as good as they would be if purchased from target or wal-mart. We come here for cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen/bathroom, too(Hey, if I have to clean, at least I can save on supplies, right?) My mother-in-law got all my birthday decorations at 99 cent store, and they were super cute! It’s nice that you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get good items!

This place is awesome! They have everything! I wouldn’t buy food or drinks here though. One time I bought a drink & once I left, I realized that it was expired… for a whole year! Yuck! They sell big bags of ice for only 99 cents! They have mason jars for 99 cents! What steal! :)

Yesterday afternoon, as my husband and I were loading our groceries into our trunk, assistant manager Frank stops by. «Hi! May I take your cart for you?» he asked, smiling. This, my friends, is the caliber of service you’d expect at Gelson’s or Dean & Deluca — most definitely not at a 99 Cents Only store. Right? Frank’s enthusiastic, customer-first approach is one major reason why this particular 99 Cents Only site puts its brothers to total and complete shame. What more can you ask from your neighborhood discount site? Please keep up your outstanding work, Placentia 99 Cents Only team!

I love the 99 Cents Store. Great for school/office supplies, candy/treats, home/kitchen, dishes/tupperware, Holiday decorations, basic produce, etc. This location is cleaner, less busy and better-stocked than most. It’s amazing how much you can spend in there, considering everything costs less than a buck! You never know what awesome deals you will find unless you wander around the 99 Cents store. Bargains and treasures abound!

It’s a 99 cent store… what more can I really say? They have decent products… but stay away from the dollar items, they tend to break easily. Hahaha, JK. Nice, somewhat clean, I’ll be back.

If you get to know the employees they will let you know when the new stuff comes in. You never know what you will find! Take a stroll through the aisles

Ain’t no shame in shopping here, but I wouldn’t buy their produce or condoms.
