Not long after my much anticipated 6TB VR was delivered today I quickly had a question I could not figure out. I decided to dial the number. The nicest, smartest, most patient, and informed human answered the phone and preceded to walk me through the entire set up. Not that it’s complicated but this is my first RAID backup and he showed me the ins and outs. He was so patient and informative and took the time to go above and beyond. I was astonished and so refreshed. this is such a rarity these days. AND the back up went great. The machine is amazing. I’m very happy!
