Background: The property serviced is not my residence and I was just there to help out the owner with the carpet cleaning and maid service. I was there along with my one year old(and I’m visibly pregnant by the way). Bottom line: I had a very confusing and unprofessional experience with Molly Maid. Scheduled a team to arrive at 10:30 with Mike. He seemed pleasant over the phone and I notified him that a carpet cleaner would be there simultaneously. He said that should be fine since the Molly Maid cleaning team could clean upstairs while carpet guy worked downstairs and they could switch. Perfect! The Molly Maid team arrived and I attempted to explain the situation. The woman was unable to understand me so I explained it to the man. I didn’t realize it at the time, but something must have gotten lost in translation. The Molly Maid team set to work upstairs. The carpet cleaner arrived about half an hour later and then began the downstairs. He completed the downstairs after an hour and began to clean upstairs. I visited the Molly Maid man and asked him for the time estimate remaining for the upstairs cleaning because I was hoping the downstairs could begin soon since the carpet was soon going to be done in that area. Again, I think something must have gotten lost in translation because he got extremely upset at my questions and grabbed all of his supplies and left with the other Molly Maid woman??? I figured I’d just try and clear up what just happened with Mike at Molly Maid since Mike spoke English. I called Mike at Molly Maid to explain that there must have been a misunderstanding since I couldn’t speak Spanish. He said he would call the team to find out what happened. After about 10 min I called back because I wanted to find out what happened, and whether I should continue to wait at the property for another Molly Maid cleaning team. Mike was upset that I called back so soon asking me how I thought he had enough time to speak with the team already. I said, that’s fine, I just wanted to know if another team would be able to come sometime today. He said he would find out and call me back. About a half hour later, the carpet cleaner told me his scrubbing brushes were missing and he asked if I could find out if the Molly Maid team had accidentally taken them in their rapid exit. I called Mike and asked about the brushes, he said that the Molly Maid team knew their own equipment but he would ask. He also told me that he found another team that could continue the work but didn’t know what time they could arrive. «Great — problem solved», I thought. I waited at the property until the evening with my one year old until about 6:30PM when I really had to get home to feed him dinner. Never heard back from Molly Maid after several messages, and the poor carpet cleaner guy never heard back about his brushes. It was really quite strange.

My husband and I are very happy the the great service we got from Molly’s Maid service today. Gina and her husband did a great job, both very professional and hard workers. I made a list so I would remember what I wanted cleaned, and they did it all. Thank you Mr. Mike, owner and for sending your employees out the next day. Our house looks great and we are very happy customers. I will be using you very soon again. Thank you again

Hugo and Olga are a great crew. They are responsible, and consistent. Molly Maids is a good company. My only complaint is the recent price increase which might cause me to seek a cheaper alternative. other than that i recommend the company.

They always do a good job. They have been helpful whenever we needed to change a date or have a special request. They have also been very considerate of our dog.

Great service at reasonable prices. The staff did a very detailed job and we have the challenge of indoor pets!
