Robyn in suite 113 has been cutting my hair for a while now and has made me a repeat customer. Awesome funky chick who knows what she’s doing. Keeps me looking trendy. Love her!

My review is for Nicole in Suite 110. She is an esthetician and I have been coming to her for brazilian waxes for a long time now! She also waxes under arms for free with the Brazilian! The wax is legit! She makes sure to remove all ingrowns and tweeze anything that seems stuck! I love how comfortable I feel with her. We just chat it up while the jobs being done.
Price is $ 30 which is cheap and with the under arms in the deal it’s a steal! She’s off Sunday and Monday but works different hours to accommodate her clients. I text her when I want to schedule an appointment and she makes it work around my work schedule. No credit cards accepted but does take checks and of course cash! Recommend her to all!

I absolute love our family of hair skin and nails. We all network together and support each other. It’s sometimes difficult finding the right business for your individual needs, so if you ever have any question feel free to call or text. 210−748−8858

Awesome one stop shop and there are plenty of salons to choose from. They are all independent so there’s bound to be someone that you will love.

Not only did Nichole Mim fail to show up for my appointment she told Groupon the coupon was redeemed! Now I’m having to fight with Groupon to get my money back. Does it get any worse than that? This person should be ashamed of herself.
No one should do business with her. No morals at all!

First: tardiness. I set up a 9:45 am appointment for a Brazilian on a Saturday. I don’t live locally so I made sure to get there 10 minutes early. It didn’t matter since Nicole was running at least 10 minutes late anyway … and didn’t seem very apologetic about it (she said sorry for running late after 10 minutes and while she was looking at her phone). I wasn’t pissed at the fact that she was looking at her phone because I know she has to answer texts and set up appointments, but the lack of eye contact made her apology less sincere.
I also didn’t know what to do while waiting because the curtains for her room were drawn, but I could hear laughing inside. I was pretty sure it was her and her clients, but it could also have been the clients in the 10+ surrounding salon rooms. Basically, I didn’t know if she was running late or if she was even in. It would have been helpful to put up a sign or something.
Next: the Brazilian itself. I have been getting Brazilians for nearly 7 years now, so I have a pretty high pain tolerance, and at least know what to expect. This wax was so painful! It felt like she wasn’t putting enough wax on and ripping it off very forcefully. The worst came when she put wax on the most sensitive area and tried to remove the wax. Then she went, «Sorry, I forgot which way I put the wax on» (which determines which way you rip it off) so she had to put on more wax and rip it off again. !!! wtf?
Finally: payment. She charges $ 30, and I had brought $ 40 and a bunch of $ 1s for tip. I gave her the $ 40 and she asked «Would you like change back?» uh yes, I would. «How much?»
I don’t like this process at all. My previous waxers have either charged my card, which had a tip line on the receipt, or given me back my full change and let me determine how much tip I want to give. I find it super awkward, rude, and annoying when the waxer/​manicurist/​etc. holds my change hostage, puts me on the spot, and asks me how much I want to tip.
Will not return.

Kristin is the worst! Got a groupon and went. Place was nice but again kristin sucks! She cut mah hair which was lopsided then the color she failed to process long enough. She then told me color is on the house next time to find out ther was an expiration date to it?! She’s ridiculous!

For the best full body waxing, I recommend Nichole G in STE 125. She is quick and painless. I drive all the way from Corona just to see her once every two months. She saves me time and money!

We had the privilege of meeting Jacob who is an amazing hairstylist! If you are looking for a change in hairstylists, look no further. Both my husband and I needed to find someone who would be able to do our hair. My husband has a bald spot that he can’t seem to cover because it’s right on his crown where his hair bends. I needed a make over! My hair was dry, it didn’t have a shape to it and it was damaged from years of coloring! Jacob took the time to listen, took a look at the way our hair naturally wanted to move, and knew exactly what to do to meet our needs. I don’t have a lot of energy to fuss with my hair so I needed something that would be quick and easy to manage. I couldn’t be happier with my hairstyle! I love it! I feel like I will be able to keep it up and most of all the dry unhealthy look that I had has been replaced with healthier looking hair that is easier to manage. As for my husband, his bald spot no longer shows and he looks like he has more hair! We are very satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment we met Jacob to the time we left. This business of hair can be tricky but when you’re in the hands of someone who has your best interest in mind, it’s the best experience every time!

this review is based solely for Kristin who does waxing here. the salon is huge. located inside the same plaza as ralphs.
I found a groupon for Kristin’s waxing services and gave her a call mid afternoon on a Saturday. with no hesitation she took me in an hour later, texted to let me know she was running a bit late, and when i arrived she was waiting for me outside.
easiest wax experience ever. in & out super quick, and as painless as a Brazilian can be. Kristin is super friendly, and knows what she’s doing. normal Brazilian price is $ 30 groupon price was $ 15. She’s already in my speed dial: p
