Received a voicemail that was the wrong number. They were asking for someone named Oscar so I called the number back to let them know it was the wrong number and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude.
Me– «Hi I just received a voicemail from this number about a rin-«
Her– «if they didn’t leave a name and number to call back I can’t help you»
Me– well she sai-«
Her– «alright bye»
And she hung up!
I never do bad reviews and this isn’t really about anything but the customer service that the receptionist is clearly lacking. Can’t believe a hospital would have people like that answering the phone. I work in customer service, it’s not that hard to be polite. Wow.
