Three stars for the tech that did my procedure but 1 star for the receptionist. I had been there for an hour and asked twice why I hadn’t been called and was told they were busy and I was next. When I finally got in, I was told that the tech didn’t even know I was there! The receptionist seemed annoyed that I was there and never bothered to go back and check why I was waiting so long. Horrible service!

4 stars for facilities, new, clean.
3 stars for dr. diets, for the five minutes he spent with me he was nice and allowed me to ask questions.
1 star for technician. she pressed so hard with the ultrasound device on my chest that she left two bruises. pressing harder does NOT make the image clearer.
0 stars for admin staff. charged an extra $ 1 to use a credit card, and had to send me a receipt by post. changed my appt time from 1:15 to 1:30 without first notifying me, so i arrived 30 minutes early instead of 15. then they made me wait one hour. the technician said that she received paperwork for several people scheduled AFTER me before she got to my paperwork. doctor ordered a treadmill test, but technician waved it off. so i waited 60 minutes for a procedure that took 6 minutes. made my child wait at school to pick him up.
