Went in 15min prior to closing and they said they could not give me a hair cut. Seems to me that they just wanted to get off early. Consumer beware they work around there convenance not yours. I recommend taking your buzz cut else where.

Marianne was not a delight especially with all the attitude she gave. Grumpy lady and didn’t give a crap about customers. Didn’t introduce herself and gave a half ass buzz cut for my boyfriend. I wouldn’t have come to this super cuts since all of the reviews on Unilocal but we have a wedding tomorrow.

I came to get a hair cut and my experience wa really good. The girlsare very nice and sweet. Its fun getting hair cut here.

Supercuts is a place I have had my hair cut for many years now, but after my last two experiences, I’m done. The second to last time, I told the girl I wanted a graduated bob, where it’s a little shorter in the back then gets a little longer in the front. When I went home, it was very evident that my hair was longer in the back than in the front and she gave me layers in the front that I didn’t ask for and it looked bad. I wore hats to cover my hair for a few weeks.
This last time, the girl, Karina, says she has been there a few months. One, she cut REALLY slow. I showed her where I wanted the length cut to and I had to tell her a few times to cut it shorter cause she was cutting off ¼ of an inch at a time, it seemed. Second, same thing. Longer in the front, shorter in the back, graduated bob. Once she was done, she showed me in the mirror and I pointed out that my hair was longer in the back than in the front. So she had to re do it! Third, she didn’t even wet my bangs that had been pulled back with hairspray so she started cutting them when they clearly weren’t even so you could SEE where to cut and thankfully I stopped her, since my bangs are now oddly cut and I had to fix them myself. Lastly, the picture will show that she missed some hair when she cut too.
Go somewhere else

Supercuts? No way. Very hard to believe when my son is walking out with bald spots and uneven hair. My dad took my son for a haircut and came home with the worst haircut he’s ever had. I went in for a second visit and asked them to cut it all one size. As she starts cutting his hair she realizes she’s not doing a good job and says I need to talk to my manager. She leaves and brings her manager and says that they can’t continue because the hair was beyond too messed up to be fixed and blamed it on my son for not staying still. If they don’t know how to give a haircut to younger kids they shouldn’t be accepting our money! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. PAMELA the ‘manager’ has the worst customer service and doesn’t know how to resolve any issues. Then I call and ask for corporates number and they said I have to find it myself. WOW! First and last time. Go to COOL KUTS FOR KIDS or do it yourself. You’ll definitely do a better job!

If I could. I WOULD NOT even give this Supercuts a star and I’d change the name to SUPER C U Next Tuesday Service. The service here is Horrific! If you like being disrespected please come here!!! No organizational or people skills. Old Lady Tattoo really makes you feel like she going to stab you in the ear if you look at her wrong. What ever happen to service excellence??? Please save your self the trip skip the SUPER to the other shopping center near you and look for FANTASTICS

The convince of coming here is great, but good luck with the attitude of Marianne. I was put on a waiting list which is totally fine since I was a walk in on a Sunday, but getting snapped at for asking how much longer it would be (in a nice tone might I add) is ridiculous! I sat and waited a bit longer and then her response just got to me and I walked out… Screw this place!

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. It’s not my favorite place, but I haven’t disliked it enough to stop going. The prices are okay, but they take a little jump every year or two. The wait is usually half an hour or more. They allow you to call and put your name down, but it doesn’t seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. They never seem to worried about your wait time or making you feel welcome. Don’t get attached to one stylist– they move around a lot. One I get my hair cut, I’m usually satisfied. The stylists do a good job, just always seem to be understaffed during peak times.
If you are looking to start a new place– I’d check other places out first. I just keep going because I know the measurements for my haircut and they can do my basic hairstyle.

I’ve gone back a few times since. Same deal. Super nice stylists, but poorly managed. There are enough other local places to get my hair cut, I’m going to continue going to them. I should have been tipped off when I noticed it’s a revolving door of stylists. It’s the lack of good management that prevents good people from sticking around. No more second chances for this place.

This place tends to conveniently underestimate the wait time.
It gets kinda frustrating, and only two stylist and a receptionist on staff? That’s kinda inefficient. The receptionist should also be stylist as most places do

So been coming here for years and have had 2 mediocre experiences in a row. I always call ahead to avoid the wait. The last few times I’ve told about the waits and adjust my times accordingly and have ended up still waiting 40 minutes plus. Beware

I called to be put on the list for my kids’ haircuts and they told me it was a 40 min wait. So I put our names on the list & we arrive 30 min later to find that there are 3 people ahead of us and that there is only only person cutting hair! I waited for 20 minutes and left. Ridiculous.

Waited an hour and fifteen minutes to get my bangs cut when I was told it would be a half hour at the most. But the girl was nice and price was cheap.

I went here and asked for a high and tight at which point the lady cutting my hair said she didn’t like doing that hair cut. So I ended up spending $ 17 on a hair cut just so I could go to my barber the next day and get it the way I want my hair. Im sorry but this is a business and I’m the customer how the hell can you say no to the hair cut I want because you don’t like it.

This place said they had a 30 minute wait I went next door came back not one person was in the lobby that was there 30 minutes ago when I came in 30 minutes ago and they made me wait another 20 minutes minutes. I’m a loyal customer not any more. This was BS

Me and my husband always go to Pamela. She is a sweetheart and she does her job. I only trim my hair, so I can’t tell you if she is good with everything else. She is the only one who does my husband’s haircut right. So I would def recommend her.

Busy mom deciding between getting a groupon for a salon or coming here. I came here and got a great cut!
I didn’t have to wait the quoted 15 minutes and Marisa was really nice. She showed me how much she would take off before she cut and checked in on the layers and side swept bangs I got.
I would recommend Marisa to everyone. She gave me a great cut and I was out of the salon within half an hour. :) definitely coming back and requesting her.

For the most part, the staff here is always friendly. Every time I have gotten a cut so far, the stylist has chatted me up, instead of letting me sit there in silence.
The only complaint I’ve had is one time I walked in just before closing (about 10 minutes before closing time), the receptionist whispered «seriously?» under her breath, while rolling her eyes. She seemed pretty eager to get out of there, and I obviously disappointed her. Felt awkward and very unprofessional.

This place is poorly run. The place looks clean but the employees and customer service are a joke. While waiting with a decent group in the lobby, it was very frustrating to see the following:
Three stylists at a computer to make a sign for the door
One stylist even sat down and read a magazine before «organizing» them
A lot of small talk (while not cutting hair) between employees
Emptying a trash can out the back
These things should done when it’s slow, not when you have several people waiting.
Note to management/​owner: Install cameras so you can see how lazy the employees are and why the customers don’t want to come back

Heather is amazing.
came in before work and got an amazing cut and then did the tea tree experience which was very relaxing. will be asking for her every time I go in.
