First time here and all i can say is I am amazed by the quality of beer they make here. It’s a unique brewery with a bustling taproom on weekends(we came at 5pm on a sat to do some anaheim brewery hopping) There is a massive projecter/tv with all the Bruery’s beers on tap. With about 20 or more just on tap, and a good amount of bottled beers, there’s something for everybody here. A word of advice if you have not tried their beers beffore, be prepared for flavorful and strong beers: most of their selection is at least 6.0%abv. I tried of pint of their gypsy tart: a brown sour coming in at 8.4%. Pretty good and an interesting tasting beer. My friends also tried the 8 maids a milking stout, a super dark imperial stout, im not as big a fan, but for being 11.4% its pretty balanced, and doesnt taste as boozy as you would expect. My friend got the arrrrggg beer, another solid choice. Food truck food! They had a mexican food truck with some pretty bomb looking tacos and tortas, good beer grub. Overall I will definitely be back, and ill try come a little earlier before peak hours. Many great beers at the Bruery, with a great busy atmosphere to hang out with friends abd enjoy some excellent quality beer.
