I was having a problem with my heating system igniting. Was not getting any heat at all. Frank came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to replace a part that immediately allowed the system to fire up and heat my home. Glad he was up on the hill in Swansboro.

Awesome when calling to actually speak with the technician himself, and not the typical run around of setting up an appointment through a secretary before even being able to discuss your problem with a technician. Called Frank and the same day he was at my place, within the hour he replaced my contacter and put a hard start on my ac unit. My ac went from stalling 3 times before finally kicking in hard and loud too starting up the first time and running smooth and quiet, Found my HVAC tech and recommend you to call Frank!
