Classic Business Service

We used Classic Business Services for years… and thought we were satisfied. However, over the past couple of years, we noticed a change. Ken was late for or totally forgot about our appointments. Then, out of nowhere, we started getting notices from IRS saying owe more money (for 2010, 2011, 2012) We’ve gotten NO help from the office, other than to say it must have been our fault for not reporting additional income. We are NOT small business owners. We have very straight forward W-2’s and interest income from our savings, with pretty basic deductions. We did our own taxes for years without a problem, but as our lives got busier, we just thought it was easier to use someone else to avoid the stress.
Clearly we (and several other people we know who have had HUGE problems with their returns) are going elsewhere this year. And now regret ever using this company.
