I’m a big fan of specialty foods and sauces and enjoy sampling new flavors when I find food booths at big events. At the Crossroads of the West Gun Show in Sacramento this weekend we came across a Crazy Cajun distributor that let us sample a mild and spicy cajun BBQ sauce. The spicy wasn’t super spicy but would probably be spicy enough for most people. It was a very thick sauce, unlike most of the ones you find in the store. I’m not big on BBQ sauce in general. I like ribs with dry rub instead. However, this company also had marinades and hot sauces for sale. We ended up only buying a couple sticks of alligator jerky(one mild for him, one cajun for me). They were both good. Grabbed a flier from the guy to keep on hand at home for possible future purchases. Definitely a quality product with a yummy homemade flavor.
