I bought a 30-year-old house in Roseville, CA in March 2014. Since I lived 2−½ hours away, I totally depended on his Inspection Report to make my decisions with the purchase. Jon’s report did not include major items such as stained linoleum around the toilets in both bathrooms, irrigation leaks that were written on a note on the garage wall, a large, crooked gap underneath the master shower door creating water leaks on the floor, dysfunctional electrical outlets receptacles, malfunctioning ceiling lights, fans, & microwave/oven combination. Knowing about these items would have influenced my purchase or at least the price I agreed to pay for the house. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I took him to Small Claims Court and he never showed up. Do not trust him with the important details you need to know about when purchasing a house!
