Dan and his team are really great to work with. We moved to the area and inherited a Kinetico System in our new house. After a couple of months, the water flow was slow, the water tasted a bit funny and we weren’t sure what was happening. We called the office, left a message and within an hour we were called back, set an appointment and Dan came out a few days later(he was pretty booked up). When he came, I did not expect the level of service; the walk through of the whole system, etc. He was very thorough, professional and extremely polite. The bill was not very high considering he changed all the filters, gave us salt and anti-rust for the system, flushed the system, etc. Basically, he did everything he needed to do in about 90-minutes. Our drinking water has been perfect ever since! Thanks, «Dan the Water Man»!

Our water treatment system is a larger ‘commercial’ grade system for our residence. For some reason there was only ONE service technician besides the franchise owner who could ever keep this system up and running appropriately. At one point we had to have the system serviced 5 times in a 6 month period. Finally the ONE guy came out and fixed it once and for all. Never had a problem after that. One would think that all of the personnel would be equally as knowledgeable about their system. The second problem I had with this company is their inability to bill correctly. About six months after I had service done(paid at time of service). I got a bill for the same service call requesting another $ 500+ dollars. That was extremely unprofessional. Problem is this is the only franchise to service the Kinetico systems in the area.
