Lodestone taxi was hired to do medical transport, pick up my boyfriend and I for his surgery. No one ever showed up to bring him to the hospital. Now were scrambling around with our Insurance company to get another medical transport when my boyfriend should already be in surgery!
No call or cancellation from Lodestone. Not even answering their phone. So I give them a bad review!!!
