Went to Marshall ER on 8-​30-​2015 with what I thought was a serve foot sprain. After x rays I was told that I had a fracture and had to wear a splint and stay off my foot for 10 days. I was told to contact Dr. Cyphers office on 8-​31-​2015 for further info. Amy from Dr. Cyphers called me and said «its a non orthopedic injury and should call my family Dr.» So now I am here with a splint not knowing if I should stay off of it or not. Missing work and not getting any answers. I know my Dr. Will want me to come in and take more x rays and do things all over again. Very disappointed with the entire process and not getting any answers.

I have received the best care at Marshall. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The services they provide are state of the art and performed in a very professional manner. I feel safe and well cared for by the Doctors and nurses. The staff that check you in are always courteous and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this healthcare organization!
