We are incredibly happy with the the friendliness of the staff, and the customer service as a whole. They provide a great variety of powder supplements, as well as bars. The tanning deal is the best in town. 20 $ unlimited per month, with no contract.

I could honestly write a novel about Jo[h]n and still have more good things to say about him and his business. He is truly one of the most genuine, caring, and knowledgeable individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He really cares about his clients and takes the time to get to know everyone on an individual basis. He has a true passion for his business and really strives to see people exceed. He does not just sell products to make money, he sells products that he believes in and they are always at a great price. I have been going here for all my work out supplants for years. Jon is a super cool guy and very knowledgable. He never tells you to spend more money on a product if you don’t need to. Although they aren’t as cheap as online I still buy from these guys because of how honest and profession they are.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! only place that sells the protein drinks that are super healthy and yummy and perfect for working out! awesome service! john and his wife are really wonderful to talk to about nutrition and are just all around super cool people, not sure what the very good looking young mans name is that also works there (yet) but he is really friendly and helpful! this is by far my favorite Max Muscle EVER!!! they carry all of the best stuff for fitness and I go there all of the time now! I am hooked!

The best customer service! I went to this Max Muscle because it’s close to my house. I was looking for a pre-​workout drink. The owners were there and very helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me recommendations for other products. I noticed they also have a tanning salon. I decided to give it a try and I’m amazed at my tanning results and their mystic tan booth is amazing. More importantly, the customer service is always outstanding. They are friendly, they remember your name, they have created a very welcoming environment. I’ve never felt that they try to push sales on me. I’m 100% committed to giving this place my business. One more thing, I purchased a tanning special they had running for May. Since the store was closed for Labor Day weekend they added 2 more days onto my month of tanning. That is customer service! Just amazing!

They have wonderful vitamins and nutritional supplements. Everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful. Remember beauty begins on the inside. They even carry yoga mats.

Great service! The staff at this location are very knowledgeable in the supplements they carry. I was here mainly because Jay Cutler was visiting the store and I met the owners, John and Desiree. The prices on the supplements are reasonable and it appeared they have unlimited tanning for a moderate price also. I bought some supplements which were recommended by the owner, John, and I am confident they are great products.
