They seemed to be backed up so I had to wait double the time for pick up. The guy behind the counter was telling someone about how sick he was, which was kind of gross considering he had a part in making my pizza(even sick people have to work but I don’t like to think about it) he seemed pretty stressed. The girl behind the counter was very nice and great customer service! The pizza is tasty and the price is great so can’t get too bad!

The food is pretty good but the service is lame, not to mention I got cut off multiple times by the delivery driver on the way over which was kinda random. Can’t say the food is worth being treated poorly. I’m not up here very often but I definitely won’t visit this pizza guys again no matter how good the pizza is.

Great pizzas in Placerville, crust not too thick or thin, just right. Easy pick up and go, never had a problem. Always get the order right with no hassles and pizza tastes great with the toppings I like. Comin back for more…

3.5 stars. We always use delivery. Service is friendly and our pizzas get to us on time. It’s not the most fantastic pizza ever(which is hard to do for me considering I’m not the biggest fan of pizza). But it’s comfy and homey and Pizza Guys is our go to pizza place. BD usually ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni with a side salad. We never use coupons so the bill is usually around $ 40. This time around BD ordered me the white pizza with sausage and mushroom and it was pretty good. I ate four slices right off the bat. We ordered the wings before, not a fan. Pizza Guys is legit for us. It feeds us for a few meals and decent enough for us to order from again.

My absolute favorite pizza place this side of the Mississippi. They always have the best coupons, best customer service, and best pizza — how could you go wrong?! My personal suggestion — Extra Large, double cheese, double sauce, deliciousness. They have pesto breadsticks, and regular breadsticks, and they are fantastic! If you like, pesto — try these bad boys out! They have additional items like wings, and jalapeño poppers. They are all a great addition to your pizza. They use high quality ingredients and the love they put into their menu definitely shows. The employees are always wonderful(especially Steve and Courtney) and their delivery service rocks. Check this joint out — highly recommend.

Pizza guys makes consistently great pizza for a great price. They remember my order in their system every time and their delivery is always on time. I do wish they had a gourmet selection of pizza for times I wouldn’t mind splurging but for a movie night they do a great job! Keep up the consistency.

My children have never lived in a place with any sort of delivery, so it was«an experience» to order pizza for delivery. The pizza was ok, but it isn’t going to set hearts aflame with passion. We got the«2 for 20» deal, which is 2 large two-topping pizzas for $ 20. I also got an order of their«cheesy garlic breadsticks,» which are is composed of a small pizza skin with some sort of cheese and a tiny bit of garlic. Given that we had children, it was necessary to have one pepperoni and sausage and one Hawaiian. The pizzas arrived in 45 minutes and were still hot when they arrived. The pepperoni was ok, but mainly the flavor was just salt. The pepperoni wasn’t good enough to overcome the salt. The Hawaiian fared similarly, with the pineapple adding just enough sweetness to keep from feeling like I’d eaten from a salt-lick. The sauce was bland, missing the slightly spicy kick that distinguishes pizza sauce from canned tomato sauce in your grocery store. We got thick crust which was slightly under-done, but even perfectly cooked, there wasn’t enough substance to have anything approaching flavor or texture. The cheesy garlic breadsticks were cheesy, but there was a notable absence of garlic and the two small containers of Ranch dressing provided indicated their confidence in the dish. If you have to dress garlic, cheese and bread, there’s something fundamentally wrong. I’m sensing a trend in Placerville restaurants… they apparently favor quantity over quality. I’m not saying you should use truffle oil and buffalo mozz, but the addition of a little more salt in the crust, a lot less salt in the toppings, with some actual herbs and spices in the sauce would make ALL the difference(as would thoroughly cooking the crust).
