I am writing this review on behalf of my 85 year old grandmother. My grandmother had percision pumps come out to her property to service a pump that had frozen up because of the cold nights we had in December. The guy who came out(I think she told me his name was Rob) did a fine job fixing the problem, but at the end of his service visit, he told my grandmother that she needed to cover the well head with a blanket or it would freeze again. This was told to my grandmother at about 4:00 pm, and as darkess began to set in. Instead of offering to walk down the few hundred yards to the bottom of the pasture where the well house was, the service man left it up to my grandmother, who, tough as she is, grabbed ber cain and a blanket and headed down the hill to the well house in near darkness. The roof covering the well head weighs about 40 pounds and my grandmother worked on it, to no avail, until it was dark and she barely made it back up to the house. Her efforts that night took a serious toll on her and she had a hard time moving around for nearly a week. It would have taken the service guy all of 10 minutes to cover the well head, but instead he left it to an 85 year old woman to do as night fell… pretty horrible customer service. Again, this is second hand to me, but as I watched my grandmother struggle to climb three steps during my visit over christmas and saw how much the event stressed her, I couldnt let it go with out writing a review for her.
