The owner, Brian, is a real pleasure to work with. He patiently explained everything to me and didn’t at all try to pressure me to buy anything or to sign a long term monitoring contract. This was a huge contrast to the other alarm companies that I contacted, which usually had employees who could seamlessly switch into used car sales. You can tell he really enjoys his work, is very knowledgeable, and takes time to do everything right. The equipment he recommends is not the cheapest, but he is really interested in getting you a quality system and monitoring. He goes way out of his way to make sure that you get what you want. Definitely a breath of fresh air among home security businesses.
