Horrible customer service on part of the owner, after being a client on and off for 6 years my debit card which was on file had fraud and was cancelled. At this point I was well past my one year agreement and hadn’t been in several months so I figured I will come back in during the summer and just renew. When I was there Olivia told me that she would need to charge me a 100.00 cancellation fee to sign me back up or I could call back the next day and she would talk to the owner. I elected the later. When I spoke to Olivia the next day she said she spoke to the owner who reviewed my account and since there was a balance of 306.00 from charges they continued to try to collect from my card they would be willing to split the cost with me, having me pay 153.00 to start my service again. I said I knew I was in a 12 month contract and it was long over by the time my card cancelled and that was not acceptable. No one ever called me or mailed anything to me let me know I had a problem with my account. They could have continued to collect 36.00 a month and still had a happy customer, instead they got greedy and wanted more money. I will take my money to an establishment that likes having happy clients and strives for it, especially in a industry that has so much competition.

DONOTBUYGIFTCARDSFROMTHISBUSINESS! My husband bought me a $ 100 gift card from the Cameron Park location before it closed. When I went into the Placerville location with the card, the receptionist told me there was no money on it and to come back on a Thursday to speak with an owner. Called back on a Thursday and no owner was available so I called the customer service line. Was called back by an employee at the EDH location to take my information and research. THEYHADNORECORDOFTHEPURCHASEINTHEIRSYSTEM! The owner never called me back but instead had an employee give me the news. The employee was very nice on the phone and I did feel bad that she was the messenger in this situation. However, I will not be wasting anymore of my money at this business.

I’ve been on Medical leave. I thought I’d give this place a shoot for a month. The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The month is ending so I signed up for a year.

I moved to this area in August and started at tan central in October. The girls there are very sweet and accommodating. I rarely have to wait for the bed I use and if I do they are on top of it. They know my name and I love that. Prices aren’t bad but could be better.

Same owners as Cameron Park and El Dorado Hills… Check out those reviews for details. Horrible management. The employees are barely trained and then thrown to the wolves.
