Ok, so I had paint and body work done on my previous car by CSN Motor Sports twice, and to be totally honest, they did a beautiful job the first time. When my car needed another repair less than a year later I was eager take my business there again. Everything appeared fine right up until I picked up the car late on Thursday evening before a holiday weekend. Upon inspection of the car my boyfriend pointed out some yellow marks in the paint on the opposite side of the car that got worked on. The employee informed us that it was a little wax left on the(pearlescent white) car because they had gone ahead and polished the car for me and that it should rub right out. Great, I thought, a good paint job and free waxing too! We didn’t think twice about it, especially since we were in a rush to get the car — it was being shipped to California the very next day. Well a few months later I decided to get rid of the car and had to have someone take over the lease. I found a potential buyer, but on inspection of the car he noticed the yellow marks in the car. Because I still thought the marks were wax, we took the car to a detail shop to take care of it, and the guys at the shop informed us that the marks were not wax but BURNS from where the buffer was too hot and put on the paint too long. I called CSN to discuss the problem with them, but they were clearly not interested in resolving the issue for me. First they told me that it wasn’t their fault because they didn’t work on that side of the car(although the admitted to polishing the entire thing), then tried to tell me it was something I spilled on it and didn’t clean. Even after I sent pictures which clearly showed burn rings the size of a buffer they wouldn’t reimburse me at all. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, but they still refused to take any responsibility. Worst of all, they treated me like a dumb female the whole time. I think it is unfortunate that they treat customers like this because the shop typically produces very good work — but if a business is unwillingness to fix its own mistakes or back up their work, every customer is just waiting for a big disappointment and hassle, and to be treated with disrespect. The next customer that walks in and does business here risks having to fix costly mistakes out of their own pocket — and paint and body work is not cheap!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone,
