Had to replace a deadbolt lock, called them up and spoke with Sean. Told him my issue and he asked me to send him a picture of the latch that needed to be replaced. I emailed it to him and he had it in stock. I asked him how much it would be to repair it and he said it would be easy for me to do myself, rather than pay to have him come out. He explained what I needed to do and he was right. It took me 5 minutes. I picked up the part and installed it. I appreciated him being honest and recommending I do it myself. Great service.
