The owner, Kimn Nierman came to my house for the first meeting. I wanted to buy wood (or wood-​look) blinds. He took measurements, I decided on the colors and he calculated an estimate right then. I had a few days to shop around and compare. But I didn’t need to.
I placed an order of 9 blinds, 6 were ultra 354 oak and 3 were 77 white. Prices varied a few dollars by size, but the total was $ 729.94-installation included!
The only problem I’ve having is communication after the sale. I’ve had a few issues with the cords, and valance. I emailed Kimn some pictures, with no response. Emailed again today. We’ll see what happens…
…UPDATE! Kimn emailed me back. He didn’t get my first email. He’s checking with the factory and get things in motion. His exact words.
