A-Carriage Awaits

I use This limo service every time I travel, which is about four times per year. They are very accommodating. Always on time. When I travel with my mother, who is elderly, they are attentive to her needs. The only suggestion I would make, (and it’s a small one), would be to have the driver text you when he arrives at the airport.

DO NOT TO EVER use A CARRIAGE AWAITS LTD. for your transportation needs. This is the company we hired for my wedding. They showed up with a different bus than the one I ordered claiming that the air conditioner was broke, only to put us on a another bus with no air conditioning and warm water. (We were given no notice about this before hand,) My wedding was in July and it was over 100 degrees outside! We literally were more comfortable outside of the bus in the hot sun then inside. I have tried numerous times to contact the owner Miguel to try and get some sort of refund, but he refuses to call me back. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and just plain rudeness. So much for trying to help out a local company!

Im so happy with this service for a lot of reasons. The main one being that I wasn’t ripped off. Other places I called were absolutely rediculous for the price. One place in Lockport quoted me at $ 360 + 20% gratuity literally for a ride to a Chicago hotel with Next day pickup. Over $ 400 was definitely unrealistic. I got a reasonable deal and was completely happy with the service and couldnt speak more kindly of the driver. The driver took such good care of us, he did everything for us 6 girls that we possibly needed. All of our luggage he handled for us, and we had ALOT! He got us there safely and on time and we really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely call them again and recommend their service to others.
