My grandmother has lived here for the past three years. It was once an amazing home for seniors. Now it’s been bought by a big corporation American House and everything has changed.
They hiked up the prices on everything. Trying to squeeze every last penny out of the elderly.
You used to be allowed to bring your food up to your room when you were eating, but no more.
New cutbacks in maintenance staff and they have even changed dishes TWICE to conceal the drastic reduction in portion size.
The quality of the food went from very good to terrible. I visited her there a few weeks ago and I will tell you honestly you couldn’t sell this food in a supermarket. It’s disgusting.
New management looking to gouge residents out of every last penny.
The new management’s first words were ‚“we won’t be making any changes,” and ever since they’ve been eroding the quality of what you used to be a lovely solution for the aging years.
