Chu’s Fish Market

A visual and literal mom and pop establishment. I was fascinated by place since it advertised fresh fish and seafood. I thought it might be a fast food kind of place since it had pictures of fish platters with fries on the outside.

Upon entering, «mom» is covering the fryers and cash register and «Pop» is hovering over the display. (PLEASE NOTE I don’t know if they are married or siblings etc, it just looks that way) it is a fish market first with the option to take out FRIED orders. You can have the fish you selected from the iced display fried with an additional fee or you can order from the billboard menu they have FRIED fish with fries. I capitalized fried since as far I can tell everything is fried hehe. I ordered onion rings and 2 tilapia to be fried. Onion rings were average, the fish was ok. However take note they don’t season the fish before frying, something to consider.
Nonetheless its an interesting place.
