Doors by Russ are excellent. Josh called me for a warranty installation before I even received the product. Customer service is amazing, prompt response time and knowledgeable technicians. Jobe replaced my garage door opener & made sure I had a full understanding of the new technology and programming capabilities. he navigated me on standard maintenance to ensure my doors would be operating properly. I would highly recommend Doors by Russ to anyone who need new garage doors, openers, keypads or remotes.

Love these guys. First, I was not excited to get a new garage door. Who is? But, of all the dumb things you have to replace, this was actually pretty great.
1) the house looks better, my neighbor saw ours and got theirs replaced too. It’s 50% of the front of the house so it’s a meaningful improvement.
2) new garage door openers are better. It’s quiet. You can open it with an app (not that I do, but I could.) and the best is that it has auto lights so when I go in the garage at night the lights automatically turn on
3) these guys did a great job, made it easy, and it wasn’t that expensive.
Hearty recommendation.

Overall, very happy with Doors By Russ. Just moved into a 1989 home which had an old steel rusted door installed. I do some craft work in the garage so I wanted a nicer looking insulated garage. Russ was able to get me a very competetive price and a quick and painless instllation

My garage door broke in the morning and my van was stuck inside. I called a handyman and he recommended Doors by Russ because, from his experience, they are fair priced and honest. Serviceman, Jobe, arrived a little after lunch and now my garage door is as good as new. He even took the time to explain everything he did and how I can maintain the garage doors to keep them in proper working order.
He also made a minor repair to the bottom of the garage door and at no charge.
I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Great service! Had a spring break on a Friday late afternoon. Called the company and there were out first thing Saturday morning. Great company! Great customer service! Highly recommend. They have also installed a new garage door for my parents and 3 of their neighbors and they all loved them too

Couldn’t be happier. Called on Monday morning (after trying to get another company to fix my opener — they said it’d be an additional week to get a part).
They found a way to fit me into the schedule and get my opener fixed.
AND it was WAY cheaper than the other company.
I would highly recommend them and will to anyone who needs service for garage doors or service.

Fantastic experience. Both the sales and install personnel were through, polite, and professional. Salesperson was on time, knew the product, was professional and not pushy. Install tech showed up on time, installed quickly, and did thorough walk through.

WOW, great customer service ! I called for a minor service on on opener at lunch time and their service man was out within 1 and half hours. Art did a great job and is off to his next call already. Doors by Russ was great. Made a call to them today and within a couple of hours they were here to replace the broken springs on my Garage door. Glen was great and was done within 30 minutes.

HELP, my garage door has fallen and I can’t get out.
This company installed our garage door and when a spring broke they were out ASAP because they recognize that either the car is stuck in the garage or outside the garage and can’t get in.
So, the employee, Glen, was super nice and said they realize what an inconvenience this situation is and handled it quickly.
Any garage door issues in the future will be directed to this company.
