I purchased a couple pairs of shoes here in October and the customer service was fantastic! Of the shoes that I bought, there was only one pair left in the size I needed and there was a little spot on them. One of the employees tried to clean them for me and the manager promised I could return them if the spot wasn’t gone when they dried. Everyone was very nice and helpful and I ended up keeping the gorgeous shoes. Great shopping experience and I appreciate the friendly and helpful customer service.

Not a bad store. Usually a large selection. I’m really picky with shoes and like to purchase pieces that will last a very long time. DSW doesn’t necessarily appeal to that standard. I’ve found cheap dress/​heels/​one-​and-​done shoes here, but struggle to find everyday shoes that I wish to spend the money on at this store. Boots are OK, but they are boots that will last you a year tops. I’ve found awesome clearance shoes here for special occasions, so I like to drop in to check out the über clearance racks. They also send decent coupons. I think for a shoe store, DSW is pretty decent, I just prefer to spend the big bucks online and get a more customized fit.

Needless to say, their follow up has made me a fan! They have the best customer service for individual’s that had a bad experience and it means so much to me that they have gone so far out of their way to make sure my experience got better. I will be giving this store another chance when I am in Plainfield ONLY because of the customer service I got after posting my last review! Thank you team DSW! You all have been wonderful after my last experience!
