I came into this store and was greeted by one of the employees who was helping another customer at the time. As I waited, I noticed 3 other employees chatting behind the front counter. They saw me, but none of them offered to help me, even after I waited at least 10 minutes. There were no other customers in the store. I left without doing any business there.

The staff is nice. The manager is incredibly rude. I’m already paying quite a bit for what I want, so I think customers deserve a little more consideration.

Love this store. The staff is always nice. One of those stores you don’t mind waiting in line when busy. I don’t normally write reviews about large Corp businesses but Pierre and evelyn are always so nice and hardworking. My goto for shipping/​printing.

This is a fast and convenient option if you need to ship anything. I needed to mail an item back to an online company in need of an exchange. I brought my package into FedEx, with return label in hand, and they taped up my package and label for me. I also received a receipt with my tracking number.
I was surprised that there was no wait here considering it’s just after the holidays. Their hours are good too, open until 9:00 p.m. on most days.
