Fredenhagen Remodel & Design

Not only did Fredenhagen Remodel and Design transform our home in ways other contractors said was impossible, all of the workers, including the owner, Steve, were top notch. Steve and his crew tore down two walls in our first floor, embedded a beam in the ceiling, and transformed the space into a beautiful, contemporary living/​dining/​kitchen area. Ours was a big job (floors, countertops, cabinets, appliances, paint, bannister, lighting, doors), and Steve, from the start, told me it would take five weeks, which it did. From my experience, this is EXTRAORDINARY. Additionally, I could not believe how clean the space was after every single day of work. These guys were amazing! They approached each new task with a positive attitude and worked night and day (and even on the weekend) to stick to their timeline.
As this was my first big renovation, I was nervous from start to finish. Steve was constantly there to guide and reassure me that everything would turn out great. He accompanied me to granite/​marble warehouses and helped me choose the perfect countertop. Based on my style, he selected tile and backsplash and then offered me a few choices, which was perfect for me. He selected a few paint colors he thought would complement the lighting and style of the space and I chose from those. He was flexible when I needed more time to choose (floor stain) and provided more options when needed. Additionally, his communication was impeccable… quick responses to text messages and many face-​to-​face meetings to discuss progress.
Overall, I cannot think of a single complaint I’d have about Fredenhagen Remodel and Design. Not only is their work extraordinary, everyone involved in the business is a real class act. They are organized, efficient, talented, tidy, and friendly to boot.
