Mokena, IL
Pretty nice clubhouse and pool for the local homeowners. The clubhouse can be rented out by owners for parties or whatever they wish. Decent size room and plenty of tables and chairs to set up a good time. i was there for a baby shower not mine, just being a good friend to the father to be, he begged and now he owes. They had about 50 guests and it was comfortable. The pool area is nice, warning lots of kids. they do have a kiddie pool, sports pool, lap and regular pool for all. Nice place not sure what the homeowners pay yearly for it but it is a place to gather and meet your neighbors. Benefits of parties to go along.
