They came out to give me a quote on spring clean up-​mulch, and cleaning brick pavers. They did ok on spring clean up they were suppose to come and mulch 1 wk later and I had to call 2 wks later to remind them they need to mulch my yard. Explanation at that time they «forgot about us».
They gave me an estimate to clean my brick pavers and glaze them and told me they would come back first wk of May to perform the service. Its now June 9^th and no follow up or communication. So we called today to ck status and they forgot about this again. So we of course canceled and they said, «ok good bye». Poor customer service to say the least. It was like we were irritating them in a way, which we only called to follow up on status a month later.
I would NOT recommend this service unless you want to follow up with them to remind them of appointments and what they need to do. And expect their lack of customer service etiquette on the phone.
