Jerry knows what his doing. His customer service was excellent. Last winter My furnace was making loud noise and stopped working. I found Jerry in Unilocal and called him to look at it. He came on time and he figured out the problem right away. He explained to me the cause of the issue, my options and the cost to fix the problem. His quote is fair. The reason why I said it’s fair is because he gave me time to decide and I researched how it really cost to fix the problem and the parts that needed to replace. He’s fee is way less than big companies out there.
I used Jerry’s Heating and Cooling service twice and I highly recommended his company for doing a great job and excellent customer service!
