Not trustworthy! Everything was great UNTIL… I realized I had been taken advantage of. I bought a 30 min massage on groupon, scheduled my appointment, went to it, but it so happened to be on the day a tornado touched in Plainfield and her establishment is in Plainfield. I didn’t get a courtesy call to warn me she wasn’t going to be there, so as I sat in the lobby and waited out the storm. I decided to call her and she then told me to reschedule. I understanding and rescheduled. Went back in on to the second appointment and she was there on time and very friendly, we talked about many things ranging from family, work, muscles, other massage therapist, and how great groupon offers are for the customer but not so much for the merchant because they don’t make any money on those sales. She gave me a great massage, I was happy with it and decided to buy one for my husband at her original price of $ 75 via a Mobil credit card scanner. I vowed to become a returning customer, but I learned later that would never happen. I redeemed my grouping and gave her a $ 15 tip bringing the massage fee to its regular price. About a month later I called to set up the appointment for the massage that I prepaid for. I got no answer the first fee time I tried so I decided to leave a message the next time I called. I never got a call back, so I went on to her website and emailed her requesting an appointment. Again, never got a reply, by now I’m getting close to the 2 month mark since I purchased this massage in advance. So I decide to call one last time and had planned to leave another message, but to my surprise THENUMBERWASNOLONGERINSERVICEANDTHEREWASNT A NEWNUMBERLISTEDONHERSITE! I then decided to call my bank file a complaint and the bank returns the money to you while they investigate the situation. I got my money back, but I am highly disappointed I had to file a claim with my bank, never had the need to do so. Oh well. DON’T GOHERE!!! NOTTRUSTWORTHY!!!
