During my working career I met a LOT of folks who professed to know computers. I would be the first to admit that I am NOT computer savvy. I always had an IT person who took care of anything that went wrong at the office. Now that I’ve retired, I need some help from time to time. Well, let me tell you… I need look no further. This guy KNOWS computers and how they work. Had a list of seven items on a two desktops, a laptop and an ipad… and he buzzed through all of them in less than an hour. More than fair with the pricing and service was outstanding. If you have a computer issue… this is your guy! Thanks, Donny.

Great! Prompt service and what’s really important — I got back many years worth of videos and photos that I did not think was possible to see again. I very much appreciate Paul’s service and all of the hard work and attention that was provided. I now have a back up drive that I will be sure to save forever!

Donny was great! My laptop would no longer boot after a Microsoft Critical update. I use my machine daily for business, and he immediately had me bring it in for him to work on. Three hours later, he had the problem resolved and system is running great. He ensured I had the latest updates to my operating system; as well a licensed copy of MS Office reloaded to my laptop. His price to repair was excellent (far, far less than the Big Box Geek Squad) and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
