Advertisement says«4 min to do your laundry — 2 min to drop off 2 min to pick up» yet NOBODY is here to do so. Sign at the attendant window says lunch 12 – 12:30 «plan accordingly». Yet apparently nobody is here until 3 pm… Machines are NOT clean. They smell like mildew and if you look at the seals there is mold on the inside. You have to use a laundry card to use the machines. There is a sign that says if you add $ 50 to the card you get $ 55. I got a card and the balance read $ 48. No additional $ 5ANDTHEREWAS A FREAKING $ 2FEETOREGISTER A CARD! On top of all that I used machine #4. I was VERY careful to check which program I used so that my delicate sweaters would be washed in cold, after it started I could see steam coming out of the top of the machine and I could see that my sweaters were being washed in HOT water!!! There’s a stop button but once it’s stopped you cannot re-start the machine. I will never ever come here again.

It is a decent self-serve laundromat. I had no issues with any of the machines. I used the largest dryer in order to get my clothes done post-haste. No shady figures hanging around, pretty clean premises.

Called to set up an apt for free(advertised) pickup/drop off for some large items that needed cleaning and they never showed. Went to drop off them off instead but no one was there to take them. No attendant on duty!

As for the drop off service advertised as 4 minutes… It probably works better if they have someone working and who can be on time. This is the third time in three months I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up so I can pick up. Something to consider if you use this service.

This place is super clean and organized. You can drop your laundry off and have it washed and dried for you for an extra fee. Get a card and load it with $$ to use the machines. Sometimes you get bonus $ added on! I suggest a 4 or 8 load washer… more bang for your buck! Just make sure you put enough detergent in! The dryers usually take 2 – 310min cycles to dry all of your items… I think it’s less than 20 cents per go… If you have a big family and are coming here to do laundry I suggest you look into just buying yourself a washer… a few trips here with whites, darks, delicates and work clothes(I.e. lots of separate machines needing to be run) will cost you a small fortune! My boyfriend and I both have the type of jobs where lots of things HAVE to be washed separate from everything else… so we gave up on the laundromat idea really quick!
