These guys are way overpriced and rude. When you walk in the store they treat you like you’re a bother. Maybe if they feel like it they’ll get around to you even when you’re the only person there.

After shipping some items at this location, I was curious to see what the reviews were and I was surprised there weren’t any. So here is my experiences at this store. I’ve been a resident of the Plainfield area for 15 years, and I have been a long time customer of «John» the owner of this store. I have tried all other shipping stores in the area, and none of them really compare for three reasons. 1. The owner is passionate to make sure the customer is happy. 2 this location has been around for like 10 years and there is a reason why. When you have something like an antique dish set(which my wife sent), the owner will make sure it will get there safely. 3. They are honest about the prices and will try to get you the best price from the UPS system. I have avoided Pak-Mail with a passion because apparently they charge an extra 20% for«service.» All the boxes go on the same brown truck. Since this place is UPS, they do not have extra charges. FedEx lost my box not once but twice. Once it was delivered to the wrong address and the other they legitamately lost. I am still mad at them. How do you lose a box? Overall, I recommend this store.
