Victoria’s Secret

I am a long time customer of VS so there is not much they can do to make me not saunter into any store I see; however, this is the closest location to my house and if I go at the right time, I can park directly in front of the store. This store is much smaller than many of the others, but if you are looking for bras and panties, you will be able to find something. If not, one of the ladies will gladly call another location or order your items online. My service was exceptional this particular visit and I wish I would have remembered her name. I was returning a pair of fleece boyfriend pants that were too big and she tried to help me find another pair in the store, but their store (most likely all VS stores) did not carry tall pants. I have that issue everywhere which is why I buy most of my jeans/​pants online. Anyway, she ended up ordering the pants online for me and I was very pleased at her over the top customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous. Everything I wanted only came in XS or S and they had at least 5 in those sizes. NOTHING in Medium or Large. I will never step foot in this location again. I came here to pick up some of my favorite v-​neck t-​shirts. I wanted to get in and get out because I’m super pregnant and have a toddler. No such luck. I walked around the store frustrated at the lack of Mediums & Larges. Seriously, awful shopping experience. I understand it’s a small location, but this seemed like it was an ongoing problem. I’m not sure if it’s a managers fault or the company. Regardless it was annoying.

This is my go-​to VS store simply because it is the only one close by my home. It is smaller than other locations I occasionally visit (mostly Fashion Mall). But selection is still decent and they keep it clean and organized. I also like how often selection will change and there is almost always some deal to get me to come visit. They know me too well. Sign up for their e-​mails, trust me. Also, staff is super nice here too! Always helpful whether I am looking for specific things, returning items or simply wondering about promotions.

This Victoria Secret is in the Metropolis outdoor mall that I love, however it is a small VS. I wear a 32D which is a more unusual size and often need to order online. They usually don’t have any fun color selections for me at this location. Also, since they are a smaller store, they don’t carry all the merchandise that other Victoria Secret’s have like some of the clothing. I asked for the popular «Very Sexy» line yoga pants since that style comes in tall lengths. All they had in store was the Pink line yoga pants in regular lengths only. It’s a nice store, but since it a small branch if you have ANY special need such as rarer sizes (bra or height requirements) they must constantly refer you to another store or online. If I am lucky, I can «try-​on» a bra there and then go home and order it online in the color I really want!
