Always always wait too long. Hire some folks in the pharmacy. There are always people waiting. I Had to wait 20 mins in line Nd. Then was told to wait. I just wanted to. drop off a person eruption for. later pickup. I finally left and told them they take too long. Where did all of the customer servi e go in this business? TrAnsferring all to CVS, let’s see how they do.

I like this Walgreen, it’s pretty brand new. It’s only been there for less than 2 years. It’s in s great spot because it’s down the street from the high way. It’s usually not that busy but there are times when they have allot of customers because of fests that might be occurring in downtown plainfield. It has an awkward parking lot, in my opinion it’s very small. but you can always get parking, you just might have to walk a little bit. it’s clean inside and the staff are courteous. On the days that the town of plainfield have fests there usually is a small line to check out and leave.

I order pictures usually right after I return home from vacation. I get the photo books for my sister as a gift. I bought one last year and it turned out really nice. I ordered 2 and received the 1^st today. It was damaged in delivery due to the box being too large for the book and they did not put any bubble wrapping or cushioning to keep it from getting dented. Also whoever shipped it did not close It properly as the end was sticking out and possibly caused the damage to the book. I did an on line chat with Walgreens and explained what happened. I expected money off and they refunded the whole amount!!! I cannot believe the service! I am expecting the 2^nd book in the mail next week and hope it won’t be damaged. I trust in Walgreens who backs up their services and I will be back to get more books in the future. You cannot go wrong with the quality (pictures and paper they use) turned out wonderful.

I’ve used this Walgreens location twice to pick up my site-to-store photo prints. Both times, there wasn’t anyone at the photo counter. But within a minute of pressing the «call for employee» button, someone arrived at the counter.
Impressive considering there aren’t a ton of employees in the store, and you never know what someone is caught up in. I will definitely use this location again when I’m too impatient to wait for my Shutterfly photos in the mail!
Located at a busy intersection (Route 59 and Route 126), it’s much easier to get in and out than I would have expected.
