Worst place to live. Management is horrible and rude. Our tub has been cracked for three months now. They fix Windows and doors without telling you and appear on your balcony without warning. They come whenever they want after work orders are put in and let your dogs out and they threaten to tow your car if you don’t move it certain days. Do not live here. There are plenty of other great places in plainsboro that we will be going back to. We just moved out. It was that or calling a lawyer. Don’t even check it out.

Lovely, safe, upscale, kid– and pet-friendly apartments with dryer and washing machine inside each unit, a balcony, a storage room per unit, ample parking free of debris, good maintenance and office staff, clean pool with comfortable furniture with a lifeguard, etc. You will use their website to log in maintenance requests. The staff will process your maintenance requests within three days. The points of improvement will be to have a 24h/7 fitness club and a business center on the premises. It is conveniently located a short drive from the Princeton train station and Princeton downtown.

I don’t live here, but I did look at this apartment as a possibility. If it weren’t outside of my price range, I would already be living here! The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and have so much to offer. The apartments are huge and beautiful. When I was there I witnessed them handling a difficult tenant. While I only saw this one interaction, they handled this impatient and rude man with kindness and grace. It is well worth the money. I’m glad I looked at this place first, because it raised the bar for the rest of the apartments I’m looking into.

This place is awful and I wish I could afford to get out of my lease. I asked when moving in how the noise level was. My old place had amazing sound proofing and you could never hear anyone else. I was assured that I wouldn’t hear any one… That was a lie. I am woken up multiple times a night from the people around me. There are stairs behind the bedroom that sounds like someone is pounding on the wall when anyone goes up or down. The noise from the people above and next to us are just as bad I can hear any conversation threw the wall. All I want to do is get out of this place but the contract traps you in. I told them that the noise level keep me up all night and I was told that I need to give 2 month’s notice and pay two months rent. That’s almost 7k just to get out. I can’t afford that. The other option is to move to another place owned by them that is not in the area and I assume will have the same construction.
