The best thing I have to say about this location is the customer service I got here. Patiently answered all my questions, and helped me try many things. It was the day before the holiday, and the store was over loaded with people. But since the nice lady started with me, she helped me all the way till I found what I need for myself, and gifts that I needed to buy. Thank to her, I ended buying most of the gifts I needed here, although I did not plan it.

Stop paying retail prices, just come here.
Many things are at least 20% — 50% off. Jeans, shirts, pants.
Great place to find good bargains on dressy and casual clothing and also high quality.
Staff is helpful when it comes to finding sizes and making sure the shelves are nice a neat.

New Hyde Park, NY
This is a great BR factory store– perfect for building work wardrobe. They do 50% sale on major holidays (subscribe to their emails and get sale alerts,) and I was able to get $ 50 jackets, $ 30 dresses, $ 20 shorts and $ 10 – 20 tops. (If you are lucky, find something that fits you on the sale rack, take additional 50−60% off the already reduced price and you pay $ 10 for something that looks like $ 50 – 100.) The store is clean and clothes are nicely organized and it is easy to find size.
Although I am a fan of BR factory stores, I avoid Galleria Mall @ Westbury location because I am on the petite side. They hardly have smaller sizes (XS, S, 0 – 2) because there are more shoppers and sizes often run out.

I was amazed by the customer service at this location! Despite being a factory outlet store, the employees brought different sizes to the fitting room. So many friendly helpers in the fitting room and on the floor. When they couldn’t find a suit jacket on the rack or in the storeroom, they called Deer Park and NJ. At checkout, Warren (I think that was his name), stayed on the phone with NJ to get us the jacket shipped. He even made sure they gave me the 10% off for having spent over $ 100. I wish every shopping experience was as nice as at this store! I would’ve given 5 stars if everything we needed was available.

I’m a lazy clothing shopper. I like to head to a store once a month, preferably for about 15 minutes. I don’t try anything on and hopefully I come home with something that fits and looks cool. Luckily, I’ve been around long enough to know what Banana has to offer. This store is perfect for me. Nothing too over the top or too lame, I know my size and everything is at a steep discount. Win. Being a new store it’s still pretty quiet in here and there are plenty of employees doing whatever it is they do over there. It’s also nice to see an outlet store that’s not in a huge and poorly planned outlet center. On Sunday I picked up a full suit, button down and 2 t’s for $ 200. There was a ’50% off’ the whole store sale, plus I had a 10% coup on my phone. OK. Not too shabby. The men’s side isn’t the largest, but it does the trick. You can totally do well with a 15-​min run in here. Go!
