Spoke to a guy name Johnny on the phone, he was very rude. I needed to order flowers for a funeral. He very rudely asked what I needed and who was it for, he let out a frustrated sigh when I told him the name then he was silent for a few seconds and said very rudely that the best he could do was a small plant and he was too busy. I said ok, I will call another flourist and I hung up. I understand that you are busy, people get busy, I get that. However, you don’t pass that frustration onto a customer, period. He could have nicely explained the situation without the attitude, I would have understood. Terrible customer service!
