This is my go-to Dunkin and aside from them just being a little slow, I’ve never had any issues. However, the last time I was here, they were putting up new wall paper, with glue and other chemicals and cutting paper that just fell freely everywhere, all while the doughnuts/bagels were exposed and they were still open and serving as if nothing was going on… Good thing I only ordered coffee, otherwise I’d turn around and come back another day. Look like they’re upgrading though, so maybe in a few weeks they’ll be up to «code» on how they serve their treats.

Always a line. slow… Ceci is a nasty woman behind the counter. Never stocked on munchkins or half the donuts. Prices are usually higher then others in area

Never carry all the flavors and never a smile on their face. And a frown on the face is the topping. Will drive a bit more next and find a better one where they care for the business.

Went here for some ice cream on Sunday. First they did not pralines and cream which is what I wanted. How do you run out? So I got a vanilla cone, got into my car and drove away. Took a bite of the cone and it was totally stale. They don’t even have the courtesy to change the cones on time. Maybe it is time for a health department visit. Never going here again.

This is the Dunkin on Old Country that closes early. Here you might get some free donut holes if you come close to closing, which is nice, unline the other down the street, that is always open so never needs to throw anything out at a preset time. Here, however, it means they only seem to make the donuts once throughout the day, so the later you come, the staler they are. I most recently came here for breakfast Saturday morning, with every intention of leaving if the line was long. I did not have a lot of time, but thankfully there were only two people in front of me. Unfortunately, both the customer and the inexperienced, completely overwhelmed counter clerk did not know what they were doing. In the clerk’s defense, the customer was being annoying, not ordering clearly, and kept adding item after item after item after infuriatingly detailed item. This isn’t Starbucks, order coffee and a donut/bagel and move away from the counter. Instead this person was trying to order all these crazy coffee drinks, and the clerk was patient but had a hard time understanding the customer’s accent. That’s when what seemed like a manager stepped in, with a thick accent of his own, and berated the clerk while trying to finish the order. I wound up spending 15 minutes in there when I should have only needed 5, if that much. I’ll stick to the 24 hour DD right down the street. Baskin Robbins ice cream is terrible anyway, just go to Ralph’s down the street, who has surprisingly good soft serve, and stay away from this place.

There are 10 Dunkin Donuts within 2 miles! Thanks Unilocal for the info. :) They partner with Baskin Robbins at most of their retail locations I think they absolutely compliment each other. All the yummy desserts!!! Since they are sharing the retail stores, it seems like they have less donuts selection? Store is clean & staffs are friendly. Yes… the donuts are very fresh. Love the dough of the filled donuts, super soft!

Next to John’s Farm so I thoughy it would be bustling in here but very quiet. That was okay for me, got my Iced coffee and was out the door. Good coffee too.
