Great dealership. First class and very well run.
(Only one MINOR complaint is that their pricing on used cars is a bit on the high side)
Other than that, great dealer, great owners, great staff, they aim to please.
But overall 9 out of 10, a great dealership experience

Very disappointing experience. They promise so much and at the end their customer service sucks, not organized, no one knows what is going on. And they never have a loaner if your car needs service.

Kevin King was the best sale professional in the dealership. He was very knowledgable and very very professional.
No pushing and politely persistent which I appreciate. He made thins easy and seamless,
Also. What was to happen and agreed upon actually occurred with no surprises.
If you decided to step in and actually purchase a vehicle then Kevin King is the only name you should need to know!!!

The worst people to deal with !!! I went to into this dealership to get a ghibli. A 2015 car I liked, we couldn’t strike a deal. A few days later the sales guy struck a deal with me so I went in to go get the car. Everything was good and here comes the dreaded finance manager… Looks at me says can’t give u the car, I’m like reasoning your credit is not good enough. I said ok but I have a co buyer with me, oh her credit is good but no she’s never had a car Loan so no… Unless she wants to show me the deed of her house if she owns one then yea. With me she says u were late on a payment before on your either car,” how do we know u can afford to make a payment on this if u can’t make it on your previous car” right there I was insulted and embarrassed. Who the hells says that to a customer. Granted I stayed composed I said no problem. She said get us a different co buyer, I give them two different co buyers with 10 plus years of credit history with 700 plus credit scores and again this excuse or that excuse… Tells me give me 20k out pocket I’ll give u the car… U person u provided could have an x amount of credit limit but how do we know he isn’t going to go out tomorrow and shop for 50 thousand and use up his credit limit then how is gonna afford the car. My question is who the hell are you to say something like that. Worst people to deal with. I wish you nothing but the best and now I can see why you guys can’t compare… There’s way more to it but I don’t even feel like going into detail. Good luck to you guys and enjoy.

Back in 1999 when I was fresh out of college, I came to Ferrari of LI just for sh! ts and giggles. I barely had enough for rent, let alone money for a Ferrari… at least not yet. Much to my surprise the sales person said he’s happy to help a car enthusiasts any day.
Fifteen years later I have bought six cars from them since and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend their top notch customer service to anyone in the market for an exotic car. There’s no BS or bait and switch they will tell you exactly what they can do for you and what’s expected from you (it’s an Italian thing… lol). Their service department is also top notch and will go out of their way to help you in an emergency (including towing my car from the city when I busted a wheel).
Whether you are there just for sh! ts and giggles or are ready to buy a car please be straight with them. Just don’t pretend to be a «big shot» as the sales people can smell B/​S from a mile away.

On a whim I called this dealership to inquire about the Maserati Ghibli S Q4, and really didn’t expect much in terms of courtesy. Over the years I have dealt with almost every luxury brand, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Aston Martin, etc., and have each time been treated like a nuisance because I didn’t walk in wearing a suit and had my tattoos exposed.
Well, last week I reached Kevin over the phone and he told me to come on down to test drive the car. I was greeted by him almost immediately upon my arrival and he showed us to a car for a test drive. During the drive he covered every aspect of the car with total expertise. I am a big motor head and there was not one question that Kevin wasn’t able to answer about the car.
To be honest, after a lot of conversation and back and forth about the cars I began to feel guilty that we were taking up so much of his time, but not for a moment did he appear rushed or eager to get rid of us. It came to a point where I realized I had never had a car shopping experience like this one in all of my years of buying many sport and luxury cars.
Kevin made the right deal with us, introduced us to his manager, and they welcomed us to the Maserati family. I have 3 cars coming off of lease in this next year and I will 100% visit this dealership again to give them my business.

I come here a lot to look at the cars, i test drove in some of them, service is great. I really just pass by to use the bathroom.
