ALL the terminix associates have been professional, informative, helpful, and apparently efficient! :-)

Never had to call in exterminators before but satisfied with this firm. Our usual tech Anthony is extremely personable and knowledgeable. We called them in when all the usual methods that Home Depot and Ace espoused did not work on the tiny ants in kitchen and bath. when we do see the occasional «stray» or two, they usually get someone over within two days, and normally can work around any other appointments we may have. They also provided numerous Camel Cricket glue traps that seem to have taken care of that problem. Where those ugly things came from who knows. Lived in «Matzahpizza» over 60 years and never saw them before.

Our technician is very thorough, polite, and reliable.

This is a National company. What a disgrace!
A young guy came around knocking on doors trying to sell a Terminix «special». I happened to be home that day and figured: why not. let him make his commission and an outside spray can’t hurt. all for $ 109. That turned into a pain in my a*s! Terminix decided that I signed for a yearly contract Which I did not, and have been sending me bills, and now late fees and phone calls and driving me nuts! I have called many times, they promised me that they canceled my account and will stop this harassment but it keeps coming! BE WARNED: THIS COMPANY IS HARDER TO GET RID OFF THAN THE BUGS THEY CLAIM TO PROTECT YOU FROM! and btw, their treatment did absolutely NOTHING!

I uses Terminix for termite and pest control. There are different technicians for each service. And both of them always show up smiling, ask if there are any issues, and happily take care of them as needed. And let me know if they find anything while checking around the house.

Scheduled service with this branch in Plainview, NY. Customer service was the worst I have encountered in my life. They sent an inspector right on time in their time frame window, so that they would try to sell me extra services. The service I actually paid for, no one has showed up. Spoke to Joanne on the phone was told she only takes care of inspections, but she had been my contact calling me several times telling when my service was scheduled, even telling me if I did not call her back I might not get my service I paid for. I had to ask Joanne 5 times for someone to speak to about my service. She gave me the 1800 number on the website, so now I am hold for 25 minutes. The manager Maryann was equally incompetent and useless. The manager did not do suggest anything until I asked her to call the serviceman to find out where he was. I AM THE CUSTOMER, I should not be trying to figure out ways to make their customer service and professionalism reach even an adequate level. The BBB, Angies list will be hearing from me. I would not use this service. I should have went with a local company. 0 out of 100 stars.
