The Hamlet On Olde Oyster Bay Gate House

Funny how pictures show a nice club house inside. Looks great too. Except if you live here you are being assessed for $ 470,000 in 2 years to work on this clubhouse. No vote no opinion of anyone. Just take the money like someone owns the place. The HOA and board members are always looking for ways to steal money via kick backs, pay backs or how ever they can. They always act like they own this place. They don’t respond to any concerns or questions only want your money because they say pay. They are tyrants and dictators. Only fools live here allowing this to go on. Lived here from the beginning and it is a miserable place to live. I will move as soon as the opportunity exists. They all say if you don’t like it here move like you have no rights. Only follow and pay what they say. The turn over here is unbelievable more than 10% of units for sale always. I couldn’t care less, I can afford all the crap they do and could sell my home for a dollar to prove a point. They ruin it for themselves here, what a bunch of fools live here.
